Dorpskerk

De Protestantse Gemeente Leidschendam en Leidschenveen (PGL) komt samen in haar drie gebouwen: de Dorpskerk in het oude centrum, de Kruisheuvelkerk aan het President Kennedyplein en De Leidraad nabij het winkelcentrum in Leidschenveen.
De PGL is een actieve, betrokken en pluriforme gemeente die volop in beweging is. We zijn een gastvrije gemeente, die een huiskamer en pleisterplaats voor de buurt wil bieden. Voor iedereen: de eigen kerkelijke leden én iedereen daarbuiten. Naast de wekelijkse vieringen op zondag zijn er gedurende de week verschillende activiteiten. Koffieochtenden, maaltijden, koorzang, meditatie en gespreksgroepen. Ook is er een maandelijks kerkcafé op vrijdag en door het jaar heen activiteiten als fairs, ouderenmiddagen en een kerkkamp voor de jeugd.

The Protestant Community of Leidschendam and Leidschenveen (PGL) gathers in its three buildings: the Dorpskerk in the old center, the Kruisheuvelkerk on the Pres. Kennedyplein and De Leidraad near the shopping center in Leidschenveen. The PGL is an active, committed and pluralistic community in full swing. We are a hospitable community, that wants to be a ‘living room’ and stopping place for the neighborhood for everyone: our own church members and others. In addition to the weekly services on Sundays, there are various activities during the week such as coffee mornings, meals, choral singing, meditation and conversation groups. There is also a monthly church café on Fridays, and throughout the year activities such as fairs, afternoons for seniors and a church camp for the youth.
